By accessing or using Studyo AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Studyo AI is a fully automated software platform that provides:

• AI shopping assistant visibility tracking and reporting
• Brand and product ranking monitoring
• AI-powered content optimization and generation
• Analytics and performance insights
• Competitor analysis tools

The Service is entirely software-based and does not include any human-driven or manual services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems beyond normal usage
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Studyo AI. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service. AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified by you before use.

6. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing, billing inquiries, and transactions on our behalf. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.

Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Contact us at hello@studyo.ai within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. All refunds are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Shopify, analytics tools). We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, AI accuracy, or specific results. Rankings and visibility in AI shopping assistants depend on factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studyo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studyo AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
